국내 건설·엔지니어링·플랜트·인프라·공공사업 분야는 대형화·복합화가 빠르게 진행되고 있으며, 이에 따라 원가·일정·리스크 기반의 체계적인 의사결정 역량이 그 어느 때보다 중요해지고 있습니다. 한국지부는 단순한 학회 활동을 넘어 아래와 같은 역할을 수행하고자 합니다.
- 국제 기준과 국내 실무를 연결하는 전문 허브
- 실무 중심의 지식 교류 및 인재 양성 플랫폼
- 한국 전문가의 국제 네트워크 진출 창구

1. Purpose of Recruitment
The domestic construction, engineering, plant, infrastructure, and public works sectors are rapidly undergoing large-scale and complex transformations. Consequently, systematic decision-making capabilities based on cost, schedule, and risk are more crucial than ever. The Korean Branch aims to perform the following roles, extending beyond simple academic society activities:
- A specialist hub connecting international standards with domestic practice
- A knowledge exchange and talent development platform focused on practical application
- A gateway for Korean experts to access international networks

2. 참여 대상
다음 분야 중 하나 이상에 전문성 또는 실무 경험을 보유하신 분들의 참여를 환영합니다.
- 프로젝트 원가관리, 사업비 관리, 공정·일정 관리
- 리스크 분석, 확률론적 비용·일정 추정, Monte Carlo Simulation
- VE/LCC, 사업성 분석, 투자·재무 분석
- 발주·조달, 계약관리, 클레임·분쟁관리
- 공공사업, 민자사업(PPP), 대형 인프라·플랜트 프로젝트
- 대학·연구기관, 공공기관, 민간기업 실무 전문가
- PM/CM/Cost Management/Schedule Management/Risk Management 분야의 글로벌 표준에 관심이 있는 분

2. Target Participants
We welcome participation from individuals possessing expertise or practical experience in one or more of the following fields.
- Project cost management, project expenditure management, process and schedule management
- Risk analysis, probabilistic cost and schedule estimation, Monte Carlo Simulation
- VE/LCC, project feasibility analysis, investment and financial analysis
- Procurement, contract management, claims and dispute management
- Public works, private-public partnerships (PPP), large-scale infrastructure and plant projects
- Practitioners from universities, research institutes, public institutions, and private enterprises
- Individuals interested in global standards within the fields of PM/CM/Cost Management/Schedule Management/Risk Management
※ Membership of AACE is not required; anyone with an interest and willingness to participate is welcome to apply. |

Participating experts may engage in the following activities:
- Operations of the Korean Chapter and subcommittee activities (cost, schedule, risk, etc.)
- Research and interpretation of domestic and international AACE guidelines and Recommended Practices
- Planning and delivering seminars, webinars, workshops, and conferences
- Developing domestic case studies and practical application models
- Linking to international AACE events and the global expert network
- Supporting the expansion of the AACE certification programme and educational activities
